. . ここ数日寒いですね、、半袖で寝たら次の日鳥肌立ってるときありました！ 気温の変動も激しいですし、体調気をつけたいですね。 私は最近、アロマを焚いてます😌 音楽もそこまで聴くタイプではなかったはずだけど、家にいると聴きながら掃除したり作業したりする事も多いです。いい癒しになってます☺️ . . It’s been a bit cold for the past few days in Japan. When I woke up in the morning I was freezing and like “I should’ve worn a long sleeve shirt…” (yeah, I was wearing a short sleeve shirt…) I need to take care of myself more! . By the way, I’ve been burning essential oils and listening to music while doing my own things. These are good relaxation☺️ .
